Appletree, the smaller of the two, is suitable for up to four people. It’s cosy, compact and very comfortable and has the most wonderful views from the lounge and kitchen. From here you can marvel at the early morning mists creeping through the valley and gaze across to St Austell in the south and Wadebridge in the north.
The cottage has two bedrooms – one double and one twin, a lounge area with twin sofas and a well equipped and convenient kitchen/dining area which seats four. There is a lovely bathroom & WC with hand basin (and shaver point), heated towel rail, bath and shower over.
Appletree is accessed by the original granite steps from the barn and has wonderful views of open farmland and the Moor from the entrance as well as over the garden and beyond.
There is a separate communal utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Appletree is popular with returners and new guests alike. It is cosy and comfortable all year round and you’ll be captivated by the views.
We’re sure you’ll love it and want to come back!
One small well behaved dog is welcome but must be kept on a lead in the garden and not left unattended in the apartment.
