As you’ll notice, we have Friday changeovers (to help guests avoid the Saturday traffic). We keep rigidly to this during the high season but we may well be able to arrange a Saturday start outside this period - just ask!

Short Breaks
We’re also very happy to do weekend and midweek breaks outside high season periods so please contact us.

Payment
We ask for a deposit of 25% on booking with the balance paid 6 weeks before the holiday date. Payment is by cheque made out to Martin & Carolyn Wilson

Insurance
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance so please ask if you’d like us to send you details.

Cancellations
We hope that you don’t have to cancel but sometimes it has to be done. That’s why we recommend that you have insurance. We will refund the full balance i.e. 75% if we’re able to re-let your week(s).
